An impressive facade and design that made sense on initial impression particularly in this area. However once you dig a little deeper there are some issues that may limit the buyer pool to downsizers only (and thats probably what the developer had in mind). The master suite is one of the best you will find in a townhouse of this size it does however absorb a lot of the usable ground floor space. The main living feels big and bright mainly due to clever design and the kitchen is very well appointed. Then comes the outdoor space it almost feels like an afterthought and limited the appeal. Given the block orientation and the effort put into the build the usable outdoor space is a concern for me. Overall a smart property that would suit a low maintenance downsizer brief.
