First Impression

Great location (almost Malvern perfect) and even though the property is close to Glenferrie rd it feels a mile away. It has great Victorian charm and is a very typical Malvern period home in scale. It's not going to appeal to everyone in its current state but isn't far away from a quality family home. I just cant get my head around the 1st floor its really just a large open space with a desk in the robe. Does need some capital and no garaging is a concern but overall a good family proposition.
