First Impression
At first glance the home had a lot of wow appeal and looked promising. As you make your way through the property though the floor plan gets confusing and seems disjointed. The bathrooms have been done to a nice standard but the kitchen doesn't match on quality or design and I would look to replace the cabinetry at a minimum. There's not much of a yard which will suit downsizers but won't really suit a family with kids older than toddlers. I think this would suit a retiree couple to use as a weekender and offers great proximity to the beach and shops for an easy walk.
Things we love
- Location is A1 - walk to shops schools and beach
- North facing rear with good flow onto alfresco and pool
- Master bedroom and ensuite is nicely done
Things to consider
- Third bedroom is very skinny
- Split level stairs
- Smallish block even for the area
