First Impression
A quality Brighton East family home with plenty of accommodation and a floorplan that will suit a broad range of buyers. The living spaces are generous, the bedrooms are well proportioned and it has the sort of layout that works well for everyday family living. The location is another positive, sitting in one of Brighton East's more established pockets close to schools, parks and local shopping. My only criticism is that, whilst it's a very good home, it doesn't quite have the architectural flair or point of difference that makes buyers immediately fall in love. It's a safe, practical purchase that should appeal to families wanting space and convenience rather than a statement home.
