Occupying a fairly small corner block this new build duplex would suit first time buyers and young families seeking a low maintenance property. It's built to a good standard and has a functional ground level floor plan. The three upstairs bedrooms feel a little tight but for the small family are perfectly sufficient. The balcony off Bedroom 2 is a nice addition. For functionality and proximity to amenities including shops cafe's transport schools etc this property represents a good option for first home buyers and young professionals who are not looking for a project.
