First Impression
An enormous block of land in one of the best streets in Woollahra next to the Queen St shopping precinct. The house itself feels very large with the width as well as lower ground floor office and storage. With a huge beautiful garden framed by the studio pavilion and with nothing overlooking it, it's a rare feeling in such a tightly packed suburb as Woollahra. The property could do with some updating but is well-maintained and ready to move in. One of my favourite streets and is the lower end which is located away from the parking of Queen St and a better location for access roads away from traffic out of the area.
