In a highly walkable location this property is close to Cafes shops transport parks and schools. At 443 square metres this block is on the smaller side for houses in the area resulting in minimal lawn area as the house itself is relatively large and spacious. There are some things you would want to change. Updates to the Kitchen bench and the bathrooms. It's also a little quirky having the laundry and a toilet off the rear living / Dining area.
