First Impression

Winning Penthouse from the TV show "The Block". This tower used to function as a hotel before the renovation took place in 2015. There are now 6 boutique apartments in the tower. This location can get very busy and noisy during peak hours and it is adjoining a petrol station which will put off a large number of buyers at this price point. I found the floor plan shape a bit odd and this may be a concern for some however the bedrooms get good privacy. The 360-degree views is definitely a plus for this apartment and it has been renovated to a good standard. Based on the top end of the asking price the rate per square meter is around $10000. This is priced about right for the current market.
