First Impression
This is an attractive property positioned in a wide semi-quiet street close to shops cafe's parks schools etc. It feels a little overlooked at the rear and has a small-ish lawn area. The open plan living to the rear takes advantage of a North facing aspect and the pool is a great addition for the kids and family alike. Recent comparison sales include 20 Lea Avenue North Willoughby selling in April for $2.48m and 22 Glover Street North Willougby selling in February for $3m.
