First Impression

Eureka Tower is one of the tallest building in Australia. The project was designed by Melbourne architectural firm Fender Katsalidis Architects and was built by Grocon in 2006. If you are shopping for views this is the place however the internal layout of this apartment is a concern especially with such a small second bedroom. This unit would be suitable for downsizers or young professionals working in the city. The rate per square meter at approx $9900 seems below market for these iconic buildings. I would recommend it at a price!
