First Impression
A case of unlucky timing is the only factor that is obvious to me as to why this beautiful home hasn't yet sold. At early to mid 3m in this part of Blairgowrie, it is testing the ceiling and even in recent stronger times, properties at this level in the Hughes Rd end precinct have taken longer to sell. Had this been built within 100m of the village then I think we'd see this sell straight away. Walking distance to Koonya general store, Koonya beach and also the front beach at Cameron's Bight, there is enough walkability still. Families with teenagers or empty-nesters with adult kids and grandkids would be well suited here for a holiday home.
