Large rooms, high-quality finishes, and a pretty 5.4m facade on a reasonably sized and well utilised block drew me to this property located a 5-minute walk to the train/Edgecliff shops or Five Ways and just up the hill to Oxford St. Not many negatives except missing a bathroom in the top floor attic bedroom which makes up for it with its sheer size. Lots of storage on the lower ground floor with a good laundry as well as a WC well located on the main living floor. Good flow and plenty of space outside at the rear due to the extra width afforded by the irregular rear yard so the car access is from the side and doesn't take up the outdoor space. A great spot, I live 20m away so can confirm the convenience is excellent for all local facilities.
