A luxury feel modern home with great high ceilings and natural light in the living area at the front and clever flow from the meals area onto the alfresco paving. The yard is very private but could have some noise during the daytime from over the fence. I'm trying to work out if this would suit empty-nesters or teenage families best. I think younger retirees with visiting grandkids would suit this home best. There's not much on the market at this price point to compare or get a sense on value. It does seem reasonable for the location.
