I like the lawn area at the front of the property which would be great for younger kids and it's got a decent size pool for the family. It's West facing aspect will impact the amount of natural light but the design does well to counter this. Comparable suburb sales include 40 Euryalus Street Mosman which sold 4 months ago for $8m.
