First Impression

Located on the edge of Lane Cove National Park this property has sensational tree top views from the living kitchen area at the front of the property. If nature is your thing this property would suit you. It might also suit a fitness fanatic and if you're not already you will become one because the front steps from the road and undercover parking are steep long and winding. Certainly had my heart rate up when I reached the property. Internally it is in need of updating and after 49 years in the same family it presents scope for a major renovation or a potential knockdown rebuild project.
