First Impression
This little section of Sorrento is going through some gentrification with large renovations and new builds. Early last year (albeit in a stronger market) 30 Lister was bought, renovated and flipped, within 12 months for $1.72M more than the 2017 purchase price. It was the same land size, however, 36 is a new house with more luxurious appointments and hard finishes. Statement of information shows $3.3M which would put it the most expensive house in the street, and probably deserved. Lots of value in the building however, and on a small parcel of land with distance to the village a bit far. This is a gem of a property though and leaves nothing wanting.
