First Impression
One of the largest blocks of land left in Mosman within walking distance of Balmoral with an old home on it, the views of the Harbour from the top floor of the current property are mesmerising. With a perfect North rear it is hard to find negatives but further costings to build as well as consideration of the current asking price may temper the debate. We are not assessing the purchase price at this point but land of this magnitude would accomodate a significant build and associated cost. Middle Head Rd and surrounding roads feature some significantly large Federation homes on large blocks and modern homes so comparisons of the finished build's value to these established homes should be undertaken.
