First Impression

I think this will challenge buyers in that the house from the outside doesn't reflect how good it is inside. For the price tag I think buyers will want more street appeal. If you can get over the facade the floorplan works well for older kids and the entertaining value with the views and the pool is great. It is dated outside but modernised to an extent inside.
