First Impression
Great Hampton location as it is walking distance to the beach and Hampton street shopping, although the street can carry a little traffic. Buyers really need to consider the proximity to the train line and level crossing along with the small Private Hospital in the street. It's a very nicely finished apartment with a good floorplan and bedroom separation. The terrace is large enough to entertain however the outlook supports this more so in the evening. With 3 car spaces, the distance to transport and bedroom layout young professional and recent retiree buyers could consider this apartment.
