One of my favourite hidden away, yet so central Paddington spots, this street is a pretty treelined row of terraces on either side of the road. The terraces are all on large blocks with garages and this terrace uses its space well. The floorplan has a WC on the ground floor with separate living spaces for a family. The first floor could have bedroom 2 converted to WIR and ensuite for the main bedroom as the attic conversion bedroom has already been completed. Unusual to have a WC in the garage but toilets are usually lacking in terraces, but not this one. The rear may not be North but it is very bright and the garden is very pretty and matches the style of the house which looks lived in, in a positive way rather than styled and as a result, it has a soul and feels like a happy home. Worth an inspection as these terraces are well priced compared to the same-sized blocks on Windsor or Paddington St. This street is just outside the Glenmore Rd School catchment and this benefits the pricing even though Darlinghurst Public school is well regarded just around the corner within easy walking distance.
