First Impression

Great complex leafy and surrounded by good looking heritage buildings. Very close to the MCG and the city however It backs onto the train lines. The apartment is serviceable as it is but the condition can be improved. I would recommend new carpets paint removal of the wall in the kitchen to make it open plan kitchen - dining. The bathrooms may also need a freshen up. North facing balcony for good natural light.
