There were approx. 140 different floorplates customized for individual owners. 245 apartments across 14 Levels. This apartment in particular lacks privacy and is not directly facing the park. The laundry is opposite to the master bedroom and maybe a concern for noise. This unit would be suitable for downsizers busy professionals working in the city. Based on our due diligence the rate per square meter for these type of developments ( Similar to the Melburnian 17 and 35 spring in which we have bought for clients) the going rate per square meter is $16000 to $21000. At the top end of the advertised range for this apartment the rate per square meter is $17000 which seems in line with the market. If you want to be in the complex there will be some compromises to be aware of. Flammable cladding check is recommended.
