If you are looking to escape Melbourne and retire down on the Mornington Peninsula surrounded by trees and wineries then this would be suitable. It is small however it is easily maintained and has a good yard for a small garden. There's a studio for budding artists. Bedrooms off the kitchen are a bit out of place however if it is the grandkids coming to stay it wouldn't matter so much. Easy walk to the shops for coffee and groceries. It is a safe semi-rural Red Hill option without committing to an acreage.
