What looks like a narrow freestanding home upon approach reveals itself to be a wide, large family home with a quality fit out. Entering through the formal lounge with a large fireplace you are drawn down the hallway to the large North facing living and dining area. The focus is on the beautifully terraced multi tiered very long garden punctuated in the distance by an alfresco dining area. The length of the garden is impressive and adds to the sense of space the home has. It does however suffer from the lack of a level rear lawn.
Upstairs the 20m main bedroom overlooks the rear sunny yard and evokes a large sense of space and openness. The 2 other bedrooms share a beautifully styled and fitted out bathroom, probably the nicest I have seen for an upstairs bathroom.
The location is fantastic and having spent 10 years living in the next street, I can attest to the convenience of the park across the road, nearby steps to Reid Park and the ferry as well as the 'little shops' as I used to call them 50 metres away. Its one street away from the zig zag route to the city avoiding the main road and is close to Cremorne Junction. All in all the location and design of this home can't be faulted and I struggled looking for negatives as the property has been well thought out.
