First Impression

Lovely feel good property in a good location. Walk to Lygon St and tram. The home presents well be it, eventhough it is showing its 90's dated renovation. Although it offers good accommodation it is only a 3 bed 1 bath house for over $2,000,000.
There have been some sales of recent that support the advertised price but i feel buyers could have better options for the same money. Recent sales in Ashmore st (17 & 19) for better homes have gone into the early $2's which seems better value to me. Maybe a "spot on" quote, will location and lack of stock still create competition.
