This house is deceptively bigger than it looks, the weatherboard cottage facade makes it appear authentic but upon entry I was struck by the abundance of natural light and the high spec renovations. The floor plan was very well thought out as the home had a great flow from the front to the huge rear bi-fold doors which lead out to a beautiful decked courtyard, a fantastic space for entertainment. Very tastefully renovated and done with the family in mind as it has a warm feeling flow throughout the house and it leaves a lot of space inside with ample storage. The bedrooms are a touch on the small side but big enough for the growing kids. The main bedroom along with the walk-in robe and en-suite are huge, whilst it also has its own private balcony. The house borders the street so privacy is an issue but once inside you soon forget that, the triple lock up garage is a rarity in the location and is a huge bonus given street parking is a rarity limited. A great sized area considering the location. It maximises the generous space it has, although the bedrooms could be a touch bigger. Common problems in this location being accessibility and parking are not an issue with Darling Street just down the road and a lock-up garage with rear lane access.
- 3 car lock-up garage
- Rear lane access
- Walking distance to the local amenities/Darling Street
- House sits close to the street almost no set back
- Very little grass area
- Very narrow stair case
