Presenting as a well maintained period property, reviewing without furniture did not do it justice as on line furnished photos made it look more of a warm home. Inspecting on a hot Summers day compared to the cold cloudy day I inspected the home, will make a significant difference to the feel of the home as well. The living area downstairs is very large with access to the rear garden with the property located towards the front of the block making the most of its land size however the North East aspect is shaded by the vegetated cliff next door which does guarantee privacy but reduces light and brightness. The garden at time of visiting was damp but that may be attributed to the weather so we suggest a visit on a warmer day.
Location is within walking distance to Cammeray shops and restaurants as well as Tennis Courts at Green Park and Cammeray Golf Course. Mosman and Balmoral are accessed via the nearby locals 'back route' which avoids Military Rd and in addition freeway access to City is one set of lights away.
