Located in a fantastic part of the peninsula with great harbour views from the top level, Thoughtfully renovated to maximise space and layout. Low ceilings unfortunately followed me through out this house. Tucked away in one of Balmain East's premier locations away from the hustle of busy darling streets amenities but still close enough to enjoy them. Privacy issue's from the rear houses looking down into the house and also the large apartment complex looking in from the front. Very limited off street parking which is remedied by having 2 lock up garages.
