One of the well regarded mid-century buildings at the end of Sutherland Cresent, this unit is high in the block with nothing restricting the glorious Harbour views. One of my preferred buildings in this locale due to its recent refurbishment, replacement of all windows and common area freshening up. This block is close to Richies but may be too far down Darling Point for some but is a secluded and peaceful setting. A level walk to Edgecliff and trains is the counterpoint. Side windows face South but with such height and no buildings blocking the light, the rooms are surprisingly bright. The main bedroom is a good size as is the living and dining area with a very usable balcony. The unit is not the size of one of the large units in the larger surrounding towers, hence the price point which is commensurate for such a size and a magnificent view. Solid walls reflect the style of building type of the time and the kitchens and bathrooms could benefit from updating but are serviceable.
- Gorgeous uninterrupted Easterly views
- Newly refurbished building
- Sub penthouse with 2 units per floor
- Limited Northerly aspect
- Quiet and secluded location
- Older style block which I do prefer as solid
