First Impression

"The William" was designed by Bruce Henderson Architects and developed by Hengyi Australia in 2014. This is a mix-use tower with hotel rooms private residences and commercial shops. The first thing that comes to mind with this apartment is that even though it is a penthouse only has 2 bedrooms and a massive terrace that I am finding difficult to identify the proper use of it. The penthouse may be suitable for downsizers and professionals but realistically at this pricepoint extra accommodation would be ideal.
