First Impression

Located in a great part of Birchrove, this home offers nice open spaces and finishes throughout. The home's floorplan has great flow and is very practical for family living. With a north facing aspect to the rear, the courtyard captures sunlight all day long however, the interior of the home misses out and lacks natural light. The low ceiling heights in the dining and kitchen area make the space look and feel small however, the indoor/outdoor flow into the courtyard is a nice addition and opens the space somewhat.
A great home for downsizers or a young family.
