Ignore the bus stop out the front, it runs weekdays once an hour and probably doesn't stop out the front that often so is not a negative. In fact, it's probably a positive for the owners once the timetable has been factored into a trip down the hill to Balmoral Beach on a weekday!
The focus is on the grandness of the home as you enter into a large old fashioned entry hallway with large stairs ascending to the bedrooms. The 20m master bedroom has its own very usable North facing balcony and large WIR and ensuite. 2 out of the other 3 bedrooms are large and feature views of the water over Balmoral. If these views were from downstairs the home would be more expensive.
Downstairs features a large very functional well thought out kitchen with too many features to name leading to the dining area and TV room all bathed in Northern light. The pool is N-S orientated so was very sunny at midday during my visit. Large well-manicured hedges offer privacy to the outdoor entertaining and pool. Separate living and rumpus areas complete the downstairs area as well as a very large double garage with storage.
This home felt solid and old school with a well thought out floor plan, no recent additions, and plenty of space for a family. Well located with access Spit Rd and Balmoral this home doesn't disappoint upon inspection with the online pictures doing it justice. Come and have a look.
