This is a neat Victorian home with a well executed renovation throughout, although the land size is tight and as such, the home lacks significant outdoor space. This home would be ideal for buyers looking for a low maintenance home to down size to. The property is in an excellent Middle Brighton location, close to the Bay Street shopping strip.
There are a few concerns surrounding natural light and privacy that buyers should make note of, most of the north facing windows are obstructed, or right on the boundary line which limits the amount of natural light entering the home. Given the position on the block, as well as those of neighbouring properties, the home does lack some privacy.
I feel the quote is a little soft given the home's position in Brighton but I expect it to sell well. I am watching this property with keen interest.
