First Impression

Huge block of land for the area with a front yard that's also a rarity, upon entry you definitely feel the grandeur this home it presents with ultra high ceilings and wide door ways, still mostly in original condition it could definitely do with a major re-vamp. The Kitchen needs updating or possibly moving it to the sitting room which currently has no real purpose but a passage way between other rooms & garage. Up stairs there is ample space with 4 bedrooms, two of which have attic storage and the two main bedrooms seriously lack storage and robe space. Great privacy through out the house including the pool.
