First Impression
Good street in ("far") North Brighton, close to Martin St village, some schools and train so will mostly suit families with school aged children. Needs updating both superficial and to address natural light, recreational outdoor space (excluding pool), planning of living zones & the off street parking issue (1 secure space off street). Does have the bones for a great house, gardens have clear thought put into the design which may attract an older demographic. 123 Cole street sold recently, bigger land, a little more house and probably with broader buyer appeal but those that missed will absolutely be keen to look at this.
