First Impression

Queen Victoria Village was completed in 2004 and is known as QV. Very popular complex for University students. This apartment has a north-facing aspect which is a positive for natural light but the bedrooms do not get any of it due to the floorplan configuration - this is a concern. One of the bedrooms does not have a window! The apartment would be suitable for young professionals and students. The rate psm is around is approx $10000 and at this level I would suggest you reconsider the compromises that will need to be made.
