What a grand gorgeous home that has been incredibly designed and transformed into a family masterpiece and a super desirable location walking distance to High St. Unfortunately the home has land has been sub-divided so doesn't offer much of a backyard. 3 major concerns; Neighbour to the north in building double storey that might cut out northern light the street is incredibly tight and there are a number of unappealing 60's blocks of flats littering the street.
