I've been eagerly awaiting this property to be listed as I drive past it every day. It is a beautiful blend of coastal and country with good street appeal. All the bedrooms are downstairs with the kitchen and main living upstairs. The downstairs living area flows out onto the decking with pool however there's not much privacy from the street as it's in the front yard. Bay views upstairs are good for this location but again the balcony overlooks the street with little privacy. Glenisla carries some traffic particularly around school times however it isn't strictly a busy road. A lot of value is tied up in the house given it is a smallish block and due to the uniqueness of the property it can be difficult to find comparable sales to work out values.
