First Impression
Immaculately presented apartment, but its a lot of apartment! The internal floor plan flow, room layout, internal stairs and general location means I would struggle to recommend this for more mature buyers. In saying that it does have great room separation for teenage families which is interesting considering the market demographic. I am seeing a number of families in Bayside consider this low maintenance, high finished apartment which is a shift from the tradition period homes. The overall lifestyle particularly in Brighton does lend itself to low maintenance living... Overall this penthouse presents really well, i'm just not sure who its for!

Things to consider
- Downsizers may struggle with location stairs and space
- Highly specced so competing with quality house stock reducing buyer pool
- Internal floor plan may challenge some buyers
