The internal area for this apartment is 140m2 so the rate per square meter at the mid-price point of the advertised price range is $12750 which is in line with the market for St Kilda road apartments. Apartment #801 on the same level sold recently around $1.9m. Overall I like this apartment it has good scarcity and I would recommend it at a price.
