Small beach shack with huge opportunity at a price that is the cheapest on the market in Portsea. Yes it is at the wrong end of the street but it is a great street with some $4M houses in it. The old saying worst house in the best street applies here. First home buyers could easily afford to get into the market here and will suit a family with young children nicely.
