First Impression
Positioned on a private driveway the property is positioned higher up from the driveway giving you the sense of quite a grand house. When you enter the property the internal proportions don't let you down with a spacious and light internal layout on the ground and first floor. The lower ground level is functional albeit a little less spacious but has a nice flow out into the lawn area. The Ground floor balcony and outdoor areas would be terrific for entertaining. Overall a solid well-proportioned property in a great area with privacy to match.
