First Impression
I really liked this design and it would work well for a retired couple looking to downsize to a low maintenance modern luxury townhouse. The second storey is perfect to contain the visiting children and grandkids. Good flow from front to back and just enough living and outdoor area to entertain friends or family. The street is largely original condition post-war and beach-shack type properties with quite a few units. The area is going through a gentrification period so there's a healthy choice for these modern townhouses. This one is well designed, in a fairly good position, captures northern light, and manages to retain a good land parcel. Well worth an inspection.
