First Impression
Quality of build, finish, and design is excellent, however, it's a lot of house for this land parcel. I think it's going to be a tough proposition for a large proportion of the Prahran buyers when there's better value in the mid $2m price range. It will benefit from the close proximity to Hawksburn Village and Armadale, combined with the careful thought given to the functional rooms, the vendor may just convince a buyer to cross that suburb boundary... It's really not that far! No second living space, but could easily convert a bedroom. Does have a great study and a nice modern character feel to it in the living zones. It would sell well in a rising market, therefore I'm interested to see how it performs right now.
