First Impression
This is a classic Brighton period home that has been tastefully updated whilst still retaining plenty of its original charm. The accommodation is generous, the floorplan is practical and the extension creates a home that is very easy to live in for a family. Positioned in one of Brighton's most desirable pockets, the location is undoubtedly one of its biggest drawcards, with excellent access to schools, Church Street and the beach. My only criticism is that buyers paying at this level are likely to compare it with homes offering larger landholdings or more contemporary architecture. It's a quality home in a premium location, but it will need to represent value against some very strong competition.
