First Impression
A beautifully renovated Californian that blends period charm with modern living exceptionally well. The front of the home has plenty of character, while the extension opens into light filled living spaces that feel warm and inviting rather than overdone. It's not the biggest home in this price bracket, but every square metre has been used well and it would suit a young family or downsizers wanting quality without excessive maintenance. The position on Hampton Street is the obvious compromise and, for me, that probably caps the price. I see this as more of a low to potentially mid $2m home rather than pushing into the upper end of the $2m range.
