First Impression
This one feels pretty tired to me. Whilst the proportions are decent and there is some appeal in the amount of outdoor space on offer, the presentation is well below what most Brighton buyers would expect. It feels dated throughout and lacks the polish that attracts strong downsizer demand. The location is solid enough, but I think buyers will see a fair amount of work ahead of them before the property feels truly comfortable and modern. There is value in the bones, but it certainly isn't a turnkey proposition.
