First Impression
Good family accommodation with plenty of room to grow into. The home itself offers strong living spaces, a practical floorplan and a sizeable 777sqm landholding, which is a real positive. My concern is the location. This is a tougher pocket of Hampton to achieve a premium result in and historically buyers become far more price sensitive once you push beyond the mid $2m range. I can see the appeal of the home itself, but I think getting much beyond $2.5m could prove challenging given the position.
