Really good ocean views without the 'front-row' price tag. The property is located in a quiet cul de-sac, positioned within walking distance to the beach and village in tightly held Sunshine Beach. Over 3 levels, the house has good sized accomodation (5 beds) and is immediately liveable with good potential to renovate/freshen up. Critically, you don't feel built out here and are not looking over rows of roofs directly in front of you (commonplace in the area for houses chasing views).
With a relatively steep driveway and internal stairs to navigate (3 levels), it's not for everyone. However, if you are after a house with good views back from 'front row' Sunshine Beach, the topography of the area (i.e. hill) means you are looking at multi level offerings like this.
Just 37 houses have sold in sunshine Beach over the last 12 months. When you overlay a price range of $3.5m-$7m with half decent views, there have been around 5 houses (which you need to go back to the start of 2023 – 16 months – to find). And of these 5, just 1 had a similar balance of quality view/privacy/current liveability that 9 Surfside has.
An option that should be considered very seriously if it ticks your key boxes. These options are just SO scarce.
