First Impression
This 1989 Queen Anne is hard to pass on face value although it doesn’t suit all. My obsession with federation architecture draws my attention to this asset. The irregular floor plan and unnatural flow will push buyers away. Secure parking at the rear and river proximity compensates to some extent the exposure to Bay View Terrace. I see value in this asset under the $2855000 they paid in 2017.
